Why are terms and conditions so important? Because we follow it to complete all of our work. Other than adhering to its terms and conditions, BSNL Company doesn't undertake any job. As important as it is for the business, our users also need to be aware of it. The terms and conditions explain to our users how the business will handle their work, and they outline the requirements you must meet if you wish to take any action on this website. For new BSNL Tower applications and complaints, we also adhere to our terms and conditions. So once you see these points, which are given below,

Terms and Conditions:

  • All offline work completely transfer into Online
  • An online new application of BSNL tower installation is open (Click here to apply)
  • BSNL Telecom may take 3 to 7 working days to review your new application
  • You will receive an application's confirmation mail with details
  • You will have to provide  all the documents  that the company will ask for from you
  • We just need the tower's location (land) documents
  • No-Objection Certificate(NOC) is required
  • We compulsory need your documents for ownership verification
  • Agreement Paper will be released after approve your tower's location
  • The minimum space required for the rural area is 500sq. feet
  • The minimum space required  for the urban area is less than the rural area
  • Registration Charge Applicable up to 21,000 INR
  • Registration Charge is refundable with 1st month of tower rent
  • The agreement will be sign at least 20 years
  • You will share your all documents via email
  • If your document does not match with your application details then your application will be rejected forever
  • Tower installation status will be updated via email
  • The total time taken for new tower installation is 2-4 months
  • Give us bank details for monthly rent and deposit the advance amount
  • BSNL tower monthly rent will be deposited on the same account which was given at the time of agreement
  • Processing charges are refundable
  • You have received a one-time advance amount
  • The complaint  file will review within 24 hours
  • You will receive a mail with complaint ID
  • You need to send the proof of complaint/issues
  • Due to coronavirus, you may take more time to connect with our customer care executive
  • You should read the  Privacy Policy  of the website
  • If you are spamming here then the company will take legal action against you
